3. Pre-contract information for distance booking

Before you place an order/booking request, we provide clear information that helps identify the business and the service/products being arranged, including the essential terms necessary for contract formation for distance arrangements.

5. Booking confirmation, contract/acknowledgement, and rights

After booking, we provide contract/confirmation and required information so that consumers can exercise withdrawal and other rights where applicable.

9. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law, blobmatrixhq.com is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure, changes in transportation schedules, border/visa rules, or events beyond reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
